The past two weeks we've still had 6-10 hummingbirds. None are adult males. We stopped feeding 10 days ago, but the birds are feeding on all of the blossoms in our fields and on the garden plants. Monday evening a cold front arrived and the morning temps yesterday and today (9/30) were 36 degrees F. This morning I saw one hummingbird and heard another.
