Both days of the weekend, while eating a meal in my kitchen (about 30 minutes), I was treated to two visits by a hummingbird. I had been seeing hummers all summer, but had not seen any for about a week and wasn't sure if they were still around. They love the Black and Blue Salvia that I grow in pots around my patio. They fly right up next to my sliding glass door to drink nectar from the blue flowers.
