Comments from the observer:

We had some cooler north winds last week, but I have not really seen any monarchs. Sat. afternoon (Oct. 3) a tropical disturbance made its way here from Baja originally and we had 3.5 inches of rain last night and this morning. We are still cloudy. I will try to check on the two locations that I reported from last year. I may have seen one floating across my back yard on Sept. 30 or October 1.
