3:30 p.m.- The strong NW winds have just arrived here within the last hour. Skies are still 75% cloudy. I watched for about 15 min. with my 8 power binocs. Lots of Monarchs migrating, very high in the sky- almost specs. (Per Bob- OKBird Listserv)
My observation time: I was watching for_15__ minutes.
