While the peak migration may have already occurred a week or two ago, students reported seeing numerous monarchs in flight all across the city at different times of the day. My observation time: I was watching for 15 minutes. About 10 monarchs were observed in 15 minutes around noon, but students reported seeing them all over the city in the late afternoon after school.
