A pair of Anna's Hummingbirds lives in a tree just behind our backyard fence. They visit our yard year-round. Yesterday I saw one feeding at the blue salvia and Mexican sage that grows in front of the fence. Almost any time I look in that flowerbed (we planted a bee-and-butterfly garden), I can spot at least one of the hummers flitting about.
