My summer hummies left some time ago, but a new tiny one who seemed weak and trembled a lot showed up and hasn't chosen to leave yet. Yesterday 2 others came by, but the little straggler didn't leave with them. The temp here has been 24.7 F in the daytime, and the feeder was getting frozen inside so I am taking it in at night and changing feeders out every 2 hours during the daytime. I know about torpor, but am still concerned about this little one. Any suggestion on anything else I can do to help it survive this early cold spell ?
