Mrs. Beattie's class raised and released 4 monarch butterflies. Para ayudar a las mariposas monarca, crié una mariposa de verdad y la dejé en libertad. Unfortunately, we had one more chrysalis that did not emerge. It had a fly larva in it. We learned many things about the monarch's life cycle and changing habitat. We are anxious to see them return next year!
