We are third graders in Cub Run, KY. We have planted flowers to privide food for the caterpillars and the butterflies. We raised some in our classroom and let them go free when they emerged from their chrysalis. We have been taking care of them and watching for them to migrate. We enjoyed making symbolic monarchs, so more people could learn about monarchs. We love monarchs.
