I think Sept 26 was the last I saw a hummer around here in Zionsville, IN...just North of Indianapolis. I still have lots of red salvia in pots around here to feed them, but don't see any takers. This is my last report, surely. :) If you have a suggestion as to how I can feed sugar water to hummers without all the bees, I would appreciate the help. The feeders attracted bees this year unlike any other...so I have planted several new plants around my house that hummers are supposed to like to give them an alternative.
