I'm still having a few hummers at the feeder hanging in a crabapple tree outside my classroom door. I've sighted at least one every day this week, Monday thru Friday. Today's first hummer was an early-bird perched on the feeder about 7:30AM. We've had rain/overcast conditions off/on all week, and today the temp has slowly dropped all day with scattered light frost possible Sunday or Monday morning. I hope our little green gems packed their sweaters!
