We planted our tulip bulbs on 10/13/09 in our Character Counts! Garden at Anne M. Jeans Elementary School in Willowbrook, IL. We numbered the bulbs, and each student was given a bulb. We also numbered a Popsicle stick with the same number and stuck it in the soil where the bulb was planted. In the spring, the students can observe how their bulb is growing.
