Our class has planted a tulip garden in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. We planted them in a wooden box made especially for our 4th grade tulip garden. The day was very damp and chilly causing the soil to be very soft. We noticed many worms in our soil. In our class many students had different ideas on their experimental tulip bulbs which we will watch how they grow. A few students decided to plant somewhere other than the box. We are excited to see how our tulips will grow.
