All week we've seen 2-4 rubythroats each day. At least one was a young male with a couple of jeweled feathers on his throat.
Today (Thursday) we'e seen three hummers (ruby throats) and about 5:30 pm a Rufous landed on the feeder near the back door.
Out first roufous this fall. (Looking at records this is when we saw them the last two years - the last days of October.
