For two weeks now we have had a Rufous Male - green-backed - (I assume it is the same bird and a green-backed Rufous.)
In the sunshine yesterday, his green throat was really shimmering and there was one shining red feather on his lower left throat.
We have seen him this morning, beginning a third week.

We have not seen another Ruby-Throat for two days.
