Tulips were won in a raffle at the NSTA conference in Minneapois at the end of October, and I was out of town last week for a funeral so this is the first I could have my classes plant them. Temperature was 44 degrees this morning, then dropping. We planted before ten by two classes of students. One set was planted to get the morning sun and the other half was planted to receive the afternoon sun. We'll see what happens come sring.
