19 Red Emperor tulip bulbs planted 11/12/2009 by 2 high school students for a senior project. Planted in a Sensory Garden bed at the Poudre Learning Center in a section built and prepared by 5th graders from Dos Rios Elementary School. Carefully planted according to instructions, though without bone meal.
