We planted our tulips today, Novemeber 18, 2009, on the east side of the school away from the building. There is partial shade during day, but is in sunlight most of the day. We planted 100 bulbs. The temperature is 16 degrees celsius. We have not had a hard freeze yet and only two days of just below freezing in the mornings.
