Hummingbird Sighting

Help!!! My son told me a hummer flew right past him on Saturday up in Eau Claire, WI!!! I'm ***totally*** dumbfounded!!!

Our feeders have been washed and put away in storage for the spring for quite a while, now. It's been a warm fall, but we had some snow early Sunday which melted quickly. At one church we were at in Chippewa Falls, they still had flowers blooming, but they were sheltered by the building and warm blacktop. I was shocked to see the bright blossoms on those plants since the few that have survived the cold on our front porch have stopped flowering several weeks ago.

How is this little guy going to survive? Should I put a feeder back up? We're supposed to go below freezing by the end of this week. Help!!! How can this be possible?
