I went outside this morning at about 8 o'clock. The temperature was around 30 degrees farenheit and I heard the distinct sound of songbirds rising through the brisk wintery air. I was surprised to see hundreds of robins perched in the trees and flying through the air, a sight I've never seen in my area spring or winter. I live on 6 quiet acres 10 miles out of San Marcos and was quite surprised by the noise of so many song birds. I do have some pictures that I would gladly share.
