Time of day was dusk and the weather had been very cold and wet. Location was outside my office building and along center boulevard where there are a great many oak trees. There were up to 100 Robins in flock. One Robin was singing non-stop for about an hour or so--the apparent bugle boy for the rest of flock. I counted over 30 Robins feeding on the ground and saw approximately 50-60 Robins up in trees along two boulevards.
