The American Robins were first sighted more than a week ago in groups of 20 to 50. Today (02/10) we have another wave of Robins, again 30 birds, They are continuing to come to my fish pond for drinks. The pond is kept from freezing by an electric warmer. The birds have very few choices for water and they are perched all around the pond in groups of 2 or 3 birds.
Even with 30 inches of snow on the ground, can Spring be far away?
Thanks
