Looking out of a window I saw numerous robins flying around my yard. The temperature was only 32 degrees this a.m., so I wondered if the continual flying was a result of the cold. As I look out of the window at nearly 3:00 p.m. I see no more robins, though they may be in the trees.
I don't know where robins winter, but each year at about this time I see a flock of robins stopping by on their trip north. Today, I let my friends and family in Michigan know that the robins are on their way and that spring will arrive soon after the birds arrive in their state.
