It has been extremely interesting for us to watch the robins each year since 2004 when they, apparently, begin their return to their summer homes. The past two years, however, they failed to stop to visit us. On 1-28-07 they stayed and ate Brazilian pepper fruit until they left our area on 1-31-07. This year they arrived in our FL backyard at 6:00 on 2-17-10 and by 6:20 flew northerly. There's no trace of them this morning (02/18).
