Weather conditions this week were very warm so counts took 4 days. Lots of fliers this week. As a side effect of the very warm weather in January, I have seen matings at a couple of sites. Next week's weather is forecasted to be warm again, there is a potential for more matings to be observed next week. A few notes, in Pismo nearly all of the clusters are on the cypress, in Oceano some clusters are moving onto the nearby pine, Los Osos clusters are moving higher each week and Morro Bay clusters are moving downhill into the grove.
