Sunday, February 28, 2010, 3:53 PM Today, for the first time
since December, there was a flock of 20 grackles at my feeder.  I know
there have been grackles along the lakeshore all winter but we're 18
km in land, north of Long Point, so it looks like spring is on its
way.
