Yesterday afternoon making my way to my car after school noticing the path of snow had melted around our 400+ tulip bed I went over to see if anything was happening. To my surprise 4 small redish buds were making their way through the soil's surface. Today we brought our classes out to observe and 2 more had come up for a total of 6. Only 394 more to go. The ironic thing was it was snowing a bit today. This weekend the forcast for Salem, NH is sunny and 50 F so we hope to see more soon. Our students were excited to see Spring arriving so early!
