The first woodducks have shown up in Cleaklake Wa on 03/03/10. About 20 of them come back yearly to our friends pond. Our friend feeds them cracked corn.
We are still looking for the hummingbirds. Usually we don't see any until late march but we are expecting them sooner this year because the winter has been so mild.
We also have started seeing goldfinches at our feeder.
We have started milkweed seeds inside but they have been very slow to germinate.
