Mrs. Catlin's fourth grade class at Langston Hughes Elementry is excited to report many emerging tulip plants. WE planted 100 bulbs and about 15 are showing their green leaves. The tulips were well watered over the winter with many snow falls. This weekend the temperatures rose to about 60 degrees. We think the tulips are as excited as us for spring after such a long, cold winter.
