10:25 a.m. Carnation Elementary, Carnation, WA. - this morning we observed a large wave of at least 20 robins on the grass of our school playground. We saw one nest in the trees and heard a lot of bird calls. We believe most of the robins on the grass to be males digging for seeds and searching for nesting materials.
