In the same locust tree where I previously saw the flock of robins about a week ago, I went to my backyard about 5:30 pm yesterday and heard what I thought was a cardinal singing. But at the highest branch of the tree was not a cardinal but a male robin actually singing. However, as I approached the base of the tree, he stopped. About 15 minutes later he left the tree as darkness approached.
