There was one robin just below one of the shrubs in our back yard. It was about 8 a.m., and it was still fairly chilly, about 36 degrees. The robin was actually in a pile of leaves, and it was hopping up and down fluffing the leaves around. I didn't see any other robins around the area. It seemed to be alone.
