We live in a suburban area. There is an open field behind our home, lined on one side by large pine trees with houses behind them and one side by other houses. The other two sides are streets. The Robins always come to the field. There was only one today, but I know, based on past years, there will be many many more in the next few days. We have had a lot of late season snow, but it has finally warmed up. There are still some mounds of snow, but lots of rain is expected this week. The yard is already flooding along the fence line, and the Robin was eagerly foraging for worms!
