All winter long the kids have been asking, "Are the tulips up yet?" It has been a very extended version of the back seat inquiry of "Are we there yet?" Well, today the answer was finally yes!!! For the past two weeks we've been checking just about every day since the temperature has been hovering around 50. I also had forced some tulip bulbs in the refridgerator and they are now blooming in the classroom. I brought forsythia twigs in today and the kids sketched them. I love Spring!
