Late in the evening I heard a owl hooting in one of my 75 years old or older oak tree 25 feet from my back door didn't see the owl but heard him or her. Next day I spotted a pair of them courting one another in my wooded backyard which has old mature trees. They would fly from one tree to another possibly looking for a nesting site. This is a first for me to see a great horned owl let alone 2. And no I am not superstitious person believing in if you spot a owl it means bad luck.
