came upon a truck moving backwards to see something,i have a mini bus filled with students when i saw a gentlemen pointing to something not far from the road,a bald eagle on the ground.seems a carcess from a deer was near by and the crows were cawing,I think the presence from my mini bus and the truck scared him off. But what I want to know why was his feathers on his legs white,never say that on an eagle?
