Robin (WAVE seen)

Date: 03/14/2010

Number: 1

It is a grey and blustery day in Eastern Ontario. The temperature hovers just above the freezing mark and the frequent clouds burst alternate between cold rain and wet slushy snow. Just before noon I spotted a dozen or so Robins bouncing about in my large (2 acre) backyard. Only yesterday I spotted my firs Robin of the year and the day before was questioning if they would ever appear. The very site of those bright orange breasted feathery friends makes the gloominess of the day all but fade away.
