We got far too much water in our water cycle. 10 inches of it.
Flooding in rivers and the Old Reservoir has over flowed it area. The air has dried and today on the 17th it is frosty and the rain froze on the highways. Vernal Equinox is March 20th at 13.32 hours. Not certain if this Greenwich Mean Time or EDT.
