Gibbs park has male and female's mating. Some of the Monarch's are very pale and tattered but others are bright orange and must be our locals. We are starting to see more eggs now and have observed 4 caterpillars starting to eat milkweed. We tagged 150 butterflies through Monarch Alert this past year. It is so exciting to see Gibbs Monarch Butterfly Park come alive again.
