Our tulips have emerged up to a good inch. It was a cold,foggy, soggy morning. 10 of the 50 we planted emerged. It was also drizzling that day and the garden was very muddy as well. Sam says they will bloom in mid-April, while Johnah thinks they will bloom around May 1st.
