I saw two Milbert's Tortoiseshell butterflies patrolling in the sun.I managed to get some good photos of them when they landed on the ground and spread their wings.I have never seen this species of butterfly this early in Spring before.The Winter was the shortest and warmest and least snowiest I have ever seen.In fact temperature records are being broken in Ontario daily.
