I am not sure if this was enough robins to actually be called a wave of them, I have seen more, and usually they are on the ground. There were at least 4-6 robins in the trees near our neighborhood yesterday in the late afternoon as my husband and I returned from our walk. A bit later when I was in our own yard, there were at least 2 or 3 of them chirpping in the trees in the neighborhood. It was so wonderful to hear them again!! How appropiate for the first day of spring!!
