Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/19/2010

Number: 1

While I was traveling south down Highway 59 near San Jacinto River near
Humble, I spotted what I thought was a leaf blowing in wind.

When It crossed my path the second time, I realized it was a faded
Monarch butterfly. Could not tell if male/female.

It was flying erratically through the traffic on service road and
possibly may have been slowly moving North in the breezy wind.
