We had to estimate the date from other emergent dates because we didn't see when the tulips actually emerged because there was snow still on the ground. Also, our group only meets once a week! We based our estimation on emergent dates in our area, Media Pennsylvannia and on the coast of Massachusetts. Voorhees is located near the ocean and the land is warmer near the coast.
