Robin (OTHER Observations)

Date: 03/16/2010

Number: 1

At 2 Pm we walked out and checked the side yard and the main playing fields. It was very very windy, and much colder than yesterday. The sky had changed from cloudy to mostly bright blue. We saw 2 hawks, 4 blackbirds, a gray squirrel and 19 robins. We tried to get close to the robins on the grass but they watched us closely and scooted off. They were busy hunting worms. No signs of nest building yet. All the birds look like males.
