Two of our test tulips bloomed today! The blossoms are red and each one has 6 petals. Some of our experimental tulips bloomed before today. It took 78 days for our test tulips to begin to bloom. Several tulips have red buds that look like they are about to bloom. Hopefully, on Monday when we return to school we will find that more have bloomed.
