We have had one of the driest winters in a long time, thanks to the El Nino pattern. As a result, the ground has been bare much of the winter. Winter has been cool also. As of today, most of our tulips have not yet emerged. We can see just a couple of them above the ground right now. We are keeping our fingers crossed, hoping that they have not been damaged by the unusual dryness and cold over our winter.
