Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 03/28/2010

Number: 1

Altus and I drove along one of the south most roads in the county just after noon and found a great deal of A. viridis from sprouting to multiple stems already blooming. We saw nine (9) Monarchs in one hour and ten minutes ... up close and personal as they wanted to also be in the roadside we were playing in, large, moderate to very faded. Altus found eggs on the viridis but it is too muddy to wander in the bar ditch too far.
