All Other Signs of Spring

We heard the lively call of the peepers this morning and early afternoon. Our temp today was 75 F! The peepers started up again around 5pm and they are going loud and strong!
I decided to do some local birding this morning, and noticed we have a yellow warbler singing sweet, sweet, sweet, sweeter than sweet! A purple finch, hermit thrush chipping sparrow, two Phoebe's and a scarlet tanager! I'm sure this is too early for some of these birds to be in our area, but I was able to observe them over a period of many hours off my front deck. Awesome!
