We found 3 caterpillars on the Cunningham Ranch at the south end of Quemado Valley in Maverick County. 1 first instar and 2 large second instar larvae were feeding on hierba de zizotes (A.oenotheroides) between 2-4" tall. Few fireants, but many spiders this spring.
